Turbo Rebuilding

At Turbo Reman we specialise in rebuilding and repairing turbochargers for a wide range of vehicles. Our team of experienced technicians have the knowledge and expertise to get your turbocharger running like new again.
Turbo Calibration

Setting the VNT system on a diesel turbocharger is a vital part of the rebuild process in order to properly set the turbo. Our software is continuously updating to ensure we keep up with the latest turbocharger technology.
Actuator Testing

Turbo actuator set-up is vital to ensure optimal performance from both the turbocharger & the engine. Our actuator testing rig ensures each turbo leaves our facility performing flawlessly.
Turbo Balancing

Where possible, all turbochargers that leave the Owen Developments factory will be balanced on our state of the art VSR.
We balance our turbochargers to extremely tight tolerances to ensure optimal performance & longevity.
